Werewolf by Night (2022): Series Review Episode 1

Jim's Review

Werewolf by Night was teased earlier this year in Marvel's Moon Night. Episode 1 is finally released, and the opening credit scene is simply Marvellous!

Episode 1 is close to 60 minutes and is full of intrigue and suspicion right for the very start!

A group of monster hunters are brought together at the Bloodstone Temple as recent death of there leader has changed the scope of the journey they are on.

The listen, watch and learn and very quickly are forced to battle amongst themselves and in the end not many will survive.

Jack Russell (Gael Garcia Bernal) and Elsa Bloodstone (Laura Donnelly) have a sincere connection but don't know why and Ted aka Man Thing (Carey Jones) is gigantic thing with an attitude and a soft heart sometimes.

The climate episode set the stage for the adventurous journey of Werewolf and his friends seeking answers to their questions.

9 out of 10 stars

Series plot
On a dark and sombre night, a secret cabal of monster hunters emerge from the shadows and gather at the Bloodstone Temple following the death of their leader; the attendees are thrust into a mysterious and deadly competition for a powerful relic.
