Wonderwoman 1984 (2020): Movie Review

Jim's Review

Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot) is in 1984 fighting new adversaries and look for love in the sequel to Wonderwoman (2017).

Maxwell Lord (Pedro Pascall) finds a way to grant wishes to everyone and this affects Dianne Prince (Gal Gadot) in many ways. Steve Trevor (Chris Pine) come back into her life and new adversary Cheetah ( Kriten Wiig) gets unleashed.

Following the success of the original film  Director Patty Jenkins and DC tried way to hard to create something special and instead filmed a convoluted story that really didn't make sense at all.

Turning free will into a weapon doesn't bode well for all.  Wonder Woman is a amazing and cool character but is put in situations that are beyond her control and the power of the people must save the day is not being wonder she truly represents

5 out of 10 stars
