Movie Review: Star Trek; Beyond (2016)

   Movie Reviews:

"The good: A lot of great action moments
The Bad: Not too much back story on the aliens that were introduced. Didn't feel like Star Trek
The Ugly: Not as enjoyable as Star Trek: Into the Darkness" Sujit Reddy

" The Star Trek Franchise has come along way for so many years. Gene Roddenberry's vision has been used to gives us vision into the future. Star Trek; Beyond carries that vision and then it loses it to trying to create a bring in new characters to make it flow with the Star Trek crew.

The action sequences are great but move to quickly for the human eye to catch. The story takes to long to gather momentum. Even when it is explained it creates a let down to the entire scope of Star Trek.  The saga will continue into the future, hopefully the story will create more character development.

The bright spot is the  Ambassador Spock departure is handled well and Anton Yelchin gives us his final appearance. He will be missed!"  Jim Pagiamtzis
