This a star studded Marvel film of epic proportions with so much Hollywood star power behind from Kingo (Kunail Nanjiani), Thena (Angela Joli), Black Knight (Kit Harrington), Sersi (Gemma Chan) plus a few others are living on this world for long time until an event forces them to come together to save the world.
With a running time of 2h 37 minutes there is lots to tell from different perspectives until the climatic mega battle where all is revealed.
Avengers Infinity War (2018) and Avengers Endgame (2019) was a culmination of 10 years of Marvel film that had back stories for most of al the characters. (Just to give you context)
In Eternals they did it all in one film! It took a while for Director: Chloé Zhao has directed other films Nomadland with Frances McDormand
The next phase of Marvel will bring in new characters and new storylines which will take time to evolve and understand. I am of the opinion that they giving us these films this year with a large firehose rather a drip over the years. Time will tell if Marvel fans will continue to be excited in the long term with this arc of new stories coming to use in the years to come.
