mobile apps are cool, but do we know what kind of data they collect
about us? In the recent years there were a lot of scandals about apps
that steal data without users consent. So all big mobile operating
system providers developed a feature that tell you what permission these
apps require before you install them and an ability to remove
permission at any time. To keep safe from these apps follow these simple steps:
1- Once a warning screen appears when you install an app READ what
permissions they ask for and make sure they match the nature of the app.
For example, a photo editing app does NOT need access to your contacts,
right?
2- If you installed apps in the past and don’t remember what
permissions they were granted you can still check them, block the
permissions that don’t make sense or have the chance to know so you can
