The pulsating cat and mouse game happen until the high octane climatic end happens

Cellphones have turned most of the entire population into Phoners.  He meet Tom McCourt (Samuel L Jackson) and the quest begins to figure it out. Clay is trying to mend fences with this son and Tom is there to keep them alive.

Based on the book Stephen King this movie has it all crazed people and conspiracy theories abound.
