They’re everywhere, they keep you connected without using your mobile data plans and most importantly: they’re totally FREE. But… are they safe?
If you’re just browsing, tweeting or posting an Instagram pic for the delicious cup of coffee you’re having at Starbucks then that’s okay.
But, never use them to check on your bank account, purchase a book on Amazon or paying your bills. Basically, avoid any financial transaction while using a public WiFi. They’re called “public” for a reason!
