Social media is a great way to attract new leads, fans, and customers. Of course, it only works when you do it the right way.
Follow these 3 steps to get the most out of your social media activities.
1. Use Social Media the Right Way
Always have an objective. Don’t simply post something that sounds good. Your post should tie into your audiences’ pain points and your solutions. Try to leave your audience “hanging” and wanting to know more, so they will contact you.
2: Plan Your Social Media
Plan and prepare your daily (or more!) Social Media posts ahead of time. Mix up your posts so you’re not always selling. In a week, your posts can include content, tips, inspirational quotes, links to blogs, testimonials, and one or two soft sells of your product/service.
3: Link All Your Communication Vehicles
When you make a post (e.g. Facebook), have a link that goes to another vehicle such as your blog or website. After they read one thing, you want them to read another and another. I call this the “Spider Web” that keeps your prospects tied to your business and catches and converts leads.
