Special Course Review: Ethics in Negotiation

1.       What is Ethical negotiation?
The ability and understanding to consider the interests of your client with the ability to come to a desirable result. In understand of the entire issues of the particular situation.

2.        Who defines the ethics of negotiation?
            Rules of engagement that all parties should adhere to within the scope of the case they are dealing with and the laws that affect it.

3.       Do you consider yourself an ethical negotiator? Why?
Yes I do.  In taking the issue and challenge at stake with confidence that I can deal with the matter in effective and efficient way

4.       Do you think certain types of negotiations call for difference ethical standards?
Absolutely!  All the cases share in course varied and all had different issue to deal with.
