SMART THOUGHT:
Having no plan is like sailing the seven seas without a compass, digging a ditch without a shovel, or hunting for pirate's treasure without an 'x' marks the spot...A plan helps keep you on schedule... and most importantly, provides an essential focus - a beacon of light in an ocean full of treachery. But I also shared that the idea you can fix your time management issues is all a HOAX,
a sham, perpetuated by "business coaches" and consultants who want
billable hours to build revenue from the same business pain over and
over again.
It is only with our final steps #9 & #10, the 2-True Easy Steps To Conquer Time Management, the 2-Steps no "business coach" or consultant dare share or lose billing hours, that the solution to Time Management can be found.
Well here are the 2-True Easy Steps To Conquer Time Management, the 2-Steps no "business coach" or consultant dare share or lose billing hours, because they are the only way to fix your time management.
Step #9: Recognize, Accept and Do something about it because all Time Management issues are about FEAR!
If you are typical and I don't mean to suggest you are typical, but if you are a typical business owner, then all your Time Management issues exist because of your FEAR to do something!
That's right your...FEAR to do something!
To do what? How about FEAR to HIRE someone to do some of your work? How about FEAR to do WORK that you don't know how to do?
Whatever the FEAR, it prompts you to work at the "Minor Many" where you are comfortable, instead of the "Major Few" that will actually advance your business to the kind of successes you want.
Step #10: Be the "Business-Warrior!
I have written and spoken extensively this year about the idea of being the Business-Warrior. Just be the WARRIOR!
This is the most effective cure for your Time Management woes. Be better today then you were yesterday, be better tomorrow
then you are today...be the Business-Warrior; hold on to the major
Objectives to be achieved, believe there is no option but to achieve
them, let nothing stand in your way....especially yourself.
Done! Be The Business-Warrior.
For the full story on how to be the Business-Warrior go here @ www.facebook.com/thefocusfirm - The Art of War and its value to Small Business.

BONUS Step #11: Do or Do Not There is No Try!
If you want to be successful, if you want
to earn a position of leadership in your industry, if you want to
achieve the financial results that have thus far eluded you THEN STOP TRYING!
Seriously, if you remove the word "try" from your vocabulary and accept there is ONLY Do or Do Not (as the great Yoda tells us in Star War V), then you will never again have a Time Management issue.
DO!
I can't believe there are still business owners that are faced with Time
Management issues with all that has be written about Time Management in
teh past. It is really inexcusable.
I've now shared our 10-Easy Steps to Conquer Time Management. If you're still STUCK then you need to remedy the problem right...NOW...so click HERE for the perfect resource to get you back to business health & wealth.

Time Management: Now For Steps 3, 4 & 5 But…
Continued from previous articles 1st Article
Earlier this week I shared that the idea you can fix your time management issues is all a HOAX,
a sham, perpetuated by "business coaches" and consultants who want
billable hours to build revenue from the same business pain over and
over again.
Due to the resounding positive response to our own 10-Steps To Conquer Time Management I felt compelled to share them with you.
But it is still a HOAX that you can actually fix your time management issues.
It is only with our final steps #9 & #10, the 2-True Easy Steps To Conquer Time Management, the 2-Steps no "business coach" or consultant dare share or lose billing hours, that the solution to Time Management can be found.
Here are Steps 3, 4 & 5 of our 10-Easy Steps to Conquering Time Management:
Step #3: Start the work
Obvious yes...but let's not overlook it as a key step. I you never
start work on a project it will certainly never be accomplished.
Want to get to the 10-Easy Steps to Conquer Time Management and find out the 2-True Easy Step plus so much more, check out this resource right HERE
Step #4: Negotiate time & interruptions with stakeholders
Whether it is family, friends or business
colleagues and bosses, when work needs to get done then negotiate the
time you need to do it and set parameters for interruptions.
Having done that though you must live to
your own side of the negotiation. If you ask the family for peace and
quiet to say write your book from 10:00AM to 5:00PM then don't be found watching the Masters with a beer or spritzer (for the women golfers) at 2:00PM.
If you do, you run the risk that the next time you contract for time
with your stakeholders it will fall flat because you broke your own
rule.
Step #5: Time Block & Batch Process
In simple terms, use your calendar to
make appointments with yourself to get work done. Then protect them as
if they are the most important meetings you will have (yes with just
you) because they may very well be.
If the work involves redundant work then batch that redundant work together and do it all at one time.

The next 5-Easy Steps will follow over the next few days but remember it is all a HOAX, a sham, that you can fix your time management issues until we get to THE 2-True Easy Steps being Steps #9 & #10.

Perpetuated By "Business Coaches" & Consultants
I was recently asked to present a 60-minute webinar on how to resolve Time Management issues to an international group of business owners.
My first reaction was..."are you serious? Doesn't everyone know by now how to manage their time effectively?"
Talk about a topic that has been beaten to death.
Still I persevered and prepared my own "Conquering Time Management; 10-Easy Steps"
Well the positive feedback was so overwhelming I feel compelled to share these 10-Easy Steps to Conquer Time Management here for all of my business friends.
But I need to be honest with you!
The idea you can fix your time management issues is all a HOAX,
a sham, perpetuated by "business coaches" and consultants who want
billable hours to build revenue from the same business pain over and
over.
Don't get me wrong, Easy Steps 1 - 8 To Conquer Time Management are indeed powerful but it is only in Steps #9 & #10 that we find the 2-True Easy Steps To Conquer Time |Management. These are the 2-Steps no "business coach" or consultant dare share or lose billing hours
But I don't want to jump ahead and so will begin at the beginning.....with 10-Easy Steps to Conquering Time Management:
Step #1: Set the Objective and reverse engineer the process
An effective method for ensuring projects/work are completed on time is
to set the date by which the project must conclude, the drop-dead date
if you will. Then reverse engineer the process that gets the project to
that point. How much by when if you will. Be specific...be very
specific at each step in terms of what outcome by what date
Want to get to the 10-Easy Steps to Conquer Time Management and find out the 2-True Easy Step plus so much more, check out this resource right HERE
Step #2: Chunk Down
In the process of reverse engineering
projects/work, break the work down into the smallest components. It is
easier to move mole hills then mountains. The work will get done and
more likely on time if the pieces of work are smaller.

The next 8-Easy Steps will follow over the next few days but remember it is all a HOAX, a sham, that you can fix your time management issues until we get to THE 2-True Easy Steps being Steps #9 & #10.
