Perpetuated By "Business Coaches" & Consultants

I was recently asked to present a 60-minute webinar on how to resolve Time Management issues to an international group of business owners.

My first reaction was..."are you serious?  Doesn't everyone know by now how to manage their time effectively?"

Talk about a topic that has been beaten to death.

Still I persevered and prepared my own "Conquering Time Management; 10-Easy Steps"

Well the positive feedback was so overwhelming I feel compelled to share these 10-Easy Steps to Conquer Time Management here for all of my business friends.

But I need to be honest with you!

The idea you can fix your time management issues is all a HOAX, a sham, perpetuated by "business coaches" and consultants who want billable hours to build revenue from the same business pain over and over.

Don't get me wrong, Easy Steps 1 - 8 To Conquer Time Management are indeed powerful but it is only in Steps #9 & #10 that we find the 2-True Easy Steps To Conquer Time |Management.  These are the 2-Steps no "business coach" or consultant dare share or lose billing hours

But I don't want to jump ahead and so will begin at the beginning.....with 10-Easy Steps to Conquering Time Management:

Step #1:  Set the Objective and reverse engineer the process

An effective method for ensuring projects/work are completed on time is to set the date by which the project must conclude, the drop-dead date if you will.  Then reverse engineer the process that gets the project to that point.  How much by when if you will.  Be specific...be very specific at each step in terms of what outcome by what date

Want to get to the 10-Easy Steps to Conquer Time Management and find out the 2-True Easy Step plus so much more, check out this resource right HERE

Step #2:  Chunk Down

In the process of reverse engineering projects/work, break the work down into the smallest components.  It is easier to move mole hills then mountains.  The work will get done and more likely on time if the pieces of work are smaller.

Jump to the front of the line to get to the 10-Easy Steps to Conquer Time Management and find out THE 2-True Easy Steps plus so much more just click HERE

The next 8-Easy Steps will follow over the next few days but remember it is all a HOAX, a sham, that you can fix your time management issues until we get to THE 2-True Easy Steps being Steps #9 & #10.

How to Make Quality Networking Connections

They say it’s not about what you know but who you know – well in business the way to meet people is by networking. Furthermore, attending various business events in your local city is a great way to get your name out there and meet plenty of new potential clients at the same time. However networking is by no means easy – and it’s certainly not just about showing up.
Here are 5 key things to help you grow your business through networking in 2013:

1. Research
There are many different types of events out there, each with its own style and format. Some events are membership based – while others can be more casual. Regardless of the type of event you attend, be prepared and know what to expect before you arrive.

2. Objectives
Be clear on what your networking objectives are. Are you looking to grow your network of contacts? To sell a specific product? Perhaps you’re promoting an upcoming event. Either way, be clear on your objectives for attending the event and you’ll certainly maximize your results.

3. Listen
When at a networking event the best thing you can do is listen. Ask plenty of questions and get to know the people in the room. As the conversation flows, you’ll also have a chance to tell others about your own business as well.

4. Introduce
Once you’ve had a chance to meet various business contacts at the event you’ll want to keep the connections flowing by helping to introduce others in the room. Help others meet and get connected by making strategic introductions – it will help you make a great first impression.

5. Follow Up
Following up with your networking contacts is key for long term success. Be sure to connect through LinkedIn, various social media channels, email, mail, telephone and even face-to-face meeting when the time is right

Follow these 5 steps and you’ll be sure to have plenty of networking success in 2013!
