Spill coaster production: Event Review

            Famous quote " Teamwork makes the Dreamwork"

      I witness this in action as the Junior Achievement Company Program student went into action and put together the Spill packages in less than 3hrs!

       Production was as follows:
     Get the White and black clay mixed together in proper portions

     Using the rolling pin with two guides the clay in flattened and inspected for quality control

      Its then placed on parchment paper for the next step

     Then the sides and top and bottom are sanded down.

     Using a gold sharpie the sides are painted in gold

    Final step is the top and bottom are glossed

   They are then put on the parchment paper and in a plastic container and then are taken to oven and heated under 375 degrees for 10 minutes

    The next week they are returned an put in plastic with a tag with logo and ready for sale.
