Special movie trailer Review: Antman and the Wasp (Summer 2018)

                           Tuesday January 30th

              Jim Pagiamtzis Review:

The Antman and Wasp Trailer was released today and looks awesome. I loved the 1st film and was super excited to see the next chapter.

The trailer revelas some images of Captain American Civil war and the epic battle that the Antman partcipated in. The Wasp (Evagaline Lilly) is revealved with (Henry Pim) Michael Douglas returning with all new gagdets. Paul Rudd is of course returning with his comical self in full tilt. Not much on the story smal glimpse of the baddy Ghost and of course Lawrence Fishbourne in the movie.

Look forward to the film coming out July 2018

Movie Review: The Commuter (2018)

    Jim Pagiamtzis Review:

"Liam Neesom is back for more action in The Commuter. Every film he does makes him the new action star of the 21st Century. The three Taken films did very well spawned a tv series. Non-stop and Unknown were great films.

In this film he uses "particular set of skills" as an ex-cop to find a passenger on the commuter train headed back home.  Great supporting cast from Patrick Wilson, Sam Neill andElizabeth McGovern.

Movie takes you on thrill ride from the beginning to the end, with more than few funny moments scattered throughout the film. Makes it for an enjoyable watch."

  8 of 10 stars

  Movie plot:

In this action-packed thriller, Liam Neeson plays an insurance salesman, Michael, on his daily commute home, which quickly becomes anything but routine. After being contacted by a mysterious stranger, Michael is forced to uncover the identity of a hidden passenger on his train before the last stop. As he works against the clock to solve the puzzle, he realizes a deadly plan is unfolding and is unwittingly caught up in a criminal conspiracy. One that carries life and death stakes, for himself and his fellow passengers.

Special Aviation Post: It's a bird, It's a plane no its Bombardier 7000 series flying the friendly skies all over the world

   Friday January 26th

In late October 2017 I got the great opportunity to participate in being part of team building Global 7000 series magnificent business planes at the Downsview Bombardier Aerospace location (Wilson and Garratt)

Walking around the facility in the beginning was a little overwhelming the first week, to see these massive planes being put together.

As the days and weeks past the journey began to understand how these  planes are built from all the tiny parts to the massive wings and engines being put together.

The Global 7000 series is put together by various teams who follow a plan and sequence to align all the parts together, from the cockpit, centerfuse and rear it comes togeher as seamless and effective.

Learning about project managment, inventory control and teamwork has been a great experience to enhance my skills and to learn from an amazing team of experts in the field of aviation.

Until next time. Look up in the air and you may see one of the amazing planes flying the friendly skies all over the world!

Book Review: The Sexual Freedom System

                            Jim Pagiamtzis Review:

" It's a think book but a powerful read. Dr. Stephen Dewit provids insights and strategies that can create a sexual freedum system for you. Through exercises and stories he illustrates how you can gain control of your sexual identity in the 21st century"

                          About book

If you’re not having the sex you want, with whom you want, when you want it, then The Sexual Freedom System is for you.
Unless you identify it, update it or upgrade it, chances are your current sexual blueprint will stick with you for the rest of your life. But, if you’re ready to start looking at new pieces of yourself and having new conversations, then the work you do with the help of this remarkable book will open your life to new possibilities.
According to Dr. de Wit, it’s easy. If you follow the steps in the book your thinking and your actions will shift tremendously, providing you access to the sexual freedom you seek. More importantly you will develop patterns and techniques for generating your ultimate sex life, for the rest of your life!

Identifying Your Sexual Blueprint

Dr. de Wit believes we all have a personal sexual blueprint deeply rooted in our subconscious minds. It’s this blueprint, he says, that will determine your sex life more than anything else.
The good news is that now you can actually redesign your sexual blueprint with the Sexual Freedom System to create the sex life you’ve always wanted.
Breaking down the key components of your Sexual Blueprint, Stephen helps you examine your sexual self-awareness, your sexual habits and patterns, your beliefs about yourself, sex and what you deserve and a hundred other conversations you may have never had with yourself before.
Then he shares the key principles and techniques for re designing your sexual blueprint so that you can gain access to the full self-expression and freedom you desire and truly deserve.

Book Review: Snakes in Suits

             Jim Pagiamtzis Review

" It's amazing read to understand the pyshe of Psychopaths and to identify the potential and probability if you working with one. Through stories and insigths Paul Babiak Ph.d & Robert D. Hare Ph.D. provide amazing context in this must read book"

             About Book

Let's say you're about to hire somebody for a position in your company. Your corporation wants someone who's fearless, charismatic, and full of new ideas. Candidate X is charming, smart, and has all the right answers to your questions. Problem solved, right? Maybe not.
We'd like to think that if we met someone who was completely without conscience -- someone who was capable of doing anything at all if it served his or her purposes -- we would recognize it. In popular culture, the image of the psychopath is of someone like Hannibal Lecter or the BTK Killer. But in reality, many psychopaths just want money, or power, or fame, or simply a nice car. Where do these psychopaths go? Often, it's to the corporate world.
Researchers Paul Babiak and Robert Hare have long studied psychopaths. Hare, the author of Without Conscience, is a world-renowned expert on psychopathy, and Babiak is an industrial-organizational psychologist. Recently the two came together to study how psychopaths operate in corporations, and the results were surprising. They found that it's exactly the modern, open, more flexible corporate world, in which high risks can equal high profits, that attracts psychopaths. They may enter as rising stars and corporate saviors, but all too soon they're abusing the trust of colleagues, manipulating supervisors, and leaving the workplace in shambles.
Snakes in Suits is a compelling, frightening, and scientifically sound look at exactly how psychopaths work in the corporate environment: what kind of companies attract them, how they negotiate the hiring process, and how they function day by day. You'll learn how they apply their "instinctive" manipulation techniques -- assessing potential targets, controlling influential victims, and abandoning those no longer useful -- to business processes such as hiring, political command and control, and executive succession, all while hiding within the corporate culture. It's a must read for anyone in the business world, because whatever level you're at, you'll learn the subtle warning signs of psychopathic behavior and be able to protect yourself and your company -- before it's too late.
