 The Digital Diet takes you through the process of evaluation and then understand how technology has affected your journey in 21st Century

Daniel Sieberg shares his stories on how technology had sidetrack his life and what he did to make sure he control it and not the other way around!

 You may not be aware how technology is affecting your life daily. He share some powerful and impactful exercise to see how you interact with technology daily

Now that you seen what technology has done with your life. He will slowly (pain free) bring you back to having control of your day

The process of re-engaging and connecting you with technology through an E-day will give you the self-awareness of technology and how to use it effectively. Boundaries and time limits are good habits which he will share in simple and effective plan of action.

He will lay out the a plan for the future and how to look at your interaction with technology with family, friends and business. Amazing blueprint of simple and easy actions to take.

Lastly he is a big fan of Canada. Daniel Siedberg  has a bachelor's degree in writing from  the University of Victoria and master's degree  in journalism in technology, from the University of Britch Columbia.

P.S I deactived my Facebook in early 2013 for six weeks. It was amazing and therapeutic experience. Will be doing it again in early December until mid January. Digital Diet works!

FP Reach in Toronto huge success!

 Friday April,26 2013 had finally arrived after weeks of waiting. Gary Vaynerchuk was back in Toronto.

 It was memorable day of learning and networking. Great conversations with Promod Sharma, Chala Dinoy. & Paul Toby Thanks to Bonnie Chan, Tim Hodges, Marc Gordon and Mani Nagappan for attending afternoon session.

 Highlight was listen to Gary Vaynerchuk share insights on Business. Life and Success. It end on a funny note when he played Rocks, Paper and Scissors with an audience member from France and LOST! He was not happy

Bateman's Bicycle Company Story

Social Media is alive and well!

It was a cold and breezy day in Toronto.  I was glad I noticed on my Facebook feed that Bateman's Bicycle  Company was having a glove sale today. 50% of gloves.It was great timing because I need some new gloves!  

I had written an article on Bateman's Bicycle Company in  May 2012 regarding great experience I had in getting my bike tuned up. 

Had great opportunity to talk to Rob Bateman and share him with him the details of the article and that it had been viewed 2700 times!

Also learned that he used Constant Contact to send out newsletter on a quarterly basis. It also turns out that I am a Authorized Local expert and Solution provider since October 2011. I  always enjoy sharing success stories using the Constant Contact platform.

Got myself nice pair of gloves to keep my hands warm for the winter weather and great to used for non-bike activities also.
