Dx3 event in Toronto a huge success

 A few weeks ago noticed a event on my Facebook time line called the Dx3 event happening in Toronto.

  Went on Thursday March 7th and had great afternoon. Met my friend Brett Deguire and we had great experience learning about various social media platforms.

We ran into Tim Hodges who we had met few weeks ago at Podcamp 2013 in Toronto, he had come due to my newsletter!
 I met Ann Hadley author of Content Rules, Amber Mac, Moe Simani founder of SOHO.

 Re-connected with Matt Basilie owner of Fidelgastros, I had heard him speak at Globe & Mail Small Business Forum in Toronto November 2012.

Somix2012 huge success!

  It was great day at the Fairmont Royal York where Social Mix 2012 was being held. Sponsored by Jugnoome to support the Remix Project.

 Amazing line up of speakers sharing their insights and experience on social media and how it has changed and continued to change the world.

  Amber Mac was the opening keynote speaker (CTV and BNN Host, journalist, author of Power Friending

  Closing keynote speaker was Gary Vaynerchuk Author of  Crush it and The Thank you Economy.He delivered his patented speech full his famous f-bombs!

  It was first time listening to Gary Vaynerchuk speak and once I got over his customary language his insights and experiences in the world of business were inspiring and empowering. From operating a lemonade stand and having multiple "businesses" to being a successful author, business owner and investor.

  This event was held to support the Remix Project and how it can impact our youth.
