Elisabeth Sparkle (Demi Moore) wants to get younger right now and she come across The Substance commercial and she begin the journey to take and so it happens her younger self comes out of her (seriously) Sue (Margaret Qualley) who takes the world by storm!

One rule it last only 7 days and they are one

It doesn't take long that Sue needs more and that affects Elisabeth life.

The third act will make you shiver, cry and possible have nightmares!!!
