Alicia West (Noami Harris) records a murder on her body cam and then the real action begins with a cat and mouse thriller in full motion. Mouse (Tyrese Gibson) a local shop owner get pulled in the drama while being chased by Terry Malone ( Frank Garillo) and entire police force.
