The Umbrella Academy Season 2 (2020): Series Review (Netflix)

Jim Pagiamtzis Review
The Umbrella Academy is thrust back to the 1960's this time and they are scattered all across the time line. Number 5 has his work cut out for him as he tries to find them and deal with The Commission again!

In this journey we get to go deeper into all the character and learn more about their past and the impact they have on each other and the timeline.

There some new character who make a the story line are more interesting from Raymond Chestnut (Yusuf Gatewater) who is Rumour husband, Lila Pitts (Ritu Arya) love interest of Diego (David Casteneda)

The music throughout the series is fantastic that make the action and story more magical

By the time the climatic end come you will feel involved with all the characters. It will seem like you are watching Avenger Endgame again!

Throughout the series there are lots of cool lines and Easter eggs throughout that hint towards the end. No worries if you do miss them you can watch it again later.

What happens next to The Umbrella Academy. well not sure... When they do get back to 2019 they go back to a different place and meet a entire new group called The Sparrow Academy!

Steve Blackman (showrunner) his team and Netflix do a superb job to create a amazing second season making this series an instant success and hopefully season 3 will be coming sooner rather than later.

9 out of 10 stars

Series plot:
As for season two, the official Netflix synopsis reads, “Five warned his family (so, so many times) that using his powers to escape from Vanya's 2019 apocalypse was risky. Well, he was right – the time jump scatters the siblings in time in and around Dallas, Texas. Over a three year period. Starting in 1960
