Annie (Toni Collette) is trying to live an normal life after the death of matriarch of the family. Shortly after that her daughter Charlie (Milly Shapiro) suffers a gruesome death caused by her brother Peter (Alex Wolff) . Peter then goes on a spiraling journey of his own leading to climatic ending that will disturbing and thought provoking.
