I attended a job fair recently at Univeris Head Office in Toronto. President Carmine Tullio shared three area of success for any business.
In no particular order the were:
Learning Agility: You have to keep learning and innovate in business
Teamwork: There is no I in Team
Integrity: You have to focused on being in place with you moral standards and serve.
